Newmarket Mayor Tony Van Bynen joined forces with Rogers Pumpkin Patrol this Halloween to promote safety within our community. The Rogers Pumpkin Patrol van could be spotted in our neighborhoods keeping a watchful eye on our children and making sure that everyone had a safe and happy Halloween.
