NOAC Rewards NCdt Timmins
NCdt Jonathan Timmins returned home to receive a scholarship from the NOAC (Naval Officers Association of Canada) Toronto Branch to pursue his education at the Royal Military College. It was a great honour for Timmins as he was the lucky cadet selected out of hundreds of applicants. His dedication to the military is evident through an extensive resume serving for the Navy League starting at the young age of 11. Timmins was joined by fellow Sea Cadets, members of the NOAC, Royal Canadian Legion members and branch members to receive this award.
